Your Order Return or Exchange Rights

You are entitled to return Your Order within 7 days.

The deadline for returning or exchanging an Order is 7 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed—who is not the carrier—takes possession of the delivered product.

To exercise your right of return or exchange, You must inform Us by means of a clear statement.

Note: Items on clearance/end-of-season sale cannot be exchanged or returned except in the following cases:

  1. The item delivered is not what you ordered

  2. The item delivered is damaged

  3. There is a size issue

    • If the required size is available, you may exchange for the same product

    • If the required size is not available, you may exchange with different product(s) of the same or higher value

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The Goods must have been purchased within the last 7 days

  • The tag must not be removed

Note: Change of mind is not acceptable.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above conditions.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us.

Refunds will be issued for the total amount minus any delivery charges and transaction charges.

Exchanging Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods and for the delivery charges of the exchanged product.
